Return and Refund Policy
At Smile Care, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, oral care products that have been opened, used, or removed from their protective packaging cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
To request a return, contact us at support@smilecare-en.shop and include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Photos or videos if the product is damaged or defective
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have already been processed or shipped.
