Shipping Policy

Smile Care ships orders to the destinations available during checkout.

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days. Processing may take longer during holidays, promotional periods, product launches, or periods of unusually high demand.

Estimated delivery generally takes between 5 and 15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs procedures, weather conditions, local disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout when tracking is available.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Smile Care is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

If a package is returned because the address was incorrect, incomplete, refused, or unclaimed, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be resent.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling charges, or other local fees. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

A package may occasionally be marked as delivered shortly before it physically arrives. Customers should check the delivery location, mailbox, building reception, neighbours, and local carrier before contacting us.
